Same Day Pickup

The days of waiting several weeks to receive your eagerly anticipated items are over. Enjoy same day in-store pickup for many of our great products including our greeting cards, thank you notes and our souvenirs. You're now able to help yourself to your favorite items as quickly as ever! Click on the links below to jump through the instructions and scroll through.

      • 01. For Same Day Pickup your order must be submitted by 1:30PM local time and the item must be currently available at our store.

        02. This service is available for three days a week, including Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

        03. All of your items will be prepared and held in-store. You will need your order number and a form of ID to claim your items.

        04. If someone else will be picking up your order, you must designate him/her as an alternate pickup person when making an appointment.
      • 01. You will be notified via email and telephone when your order is ready for pickup.

        02. The email will include instructions for picking up your new item(s) and directions to our store.

        03. Your pickup appointment can only be confirmed via the email or by telephone.

        04. Your items will be available for pickup during an appointment only and only for confirmed orders.

        05. Most items can be ready for pickup within 30 minutes of the time the order is placed.
      • 01. If your greeting card or thank you note is currently unavailable, we will try to notify you as soon as possible.

        02. If you are not in a rush, you can simply pick up your order in the following days. Our card stocks are replenished every 72 hours, or as frequently as we can.

        03. You can also replace it with something else. We will do our best to accommodate your request with what we have on hand.
      • 01. Head south-west on Av Loja until you come to El Tiempo at Rodrigo de Triana.

        02. Take a left and proceed to the stop sign. Turn left on Santa Maria, then quickly turn right at the first street, which is also Rodrigo de Triana. Continue east about 30 meters or so.

        03. We are the third building located on the left, the only one with a black gate. Parking spaces are available directly in front. Our store address is 2-21 Rodrigo de Triana..
      • 01. When picking up your order, you must bring your order number and a form of ID.

        02. A designated alternate pickup person will need to bring the same thing.
      • 01. Katy Cards will hold your items for 7 days, starting the day your order was processed.

        02. You will be notified via email and telephone once within that period.

If you are having trouble or need some assistance, please contact us. Be sure to mention the product ID number and the problems you are currently having. Our customer support team will respond as quickly as possible to assist you. Most issues can be resolved within twenty-four hours.
